This project consisted of a 24 plex condominium development on Catalina Island. Modules were barged onto the island and then hoisted back onto trucks to reach their onsite destination. Modular construction meant a quiter and less disrupting build for this island community. With only 40% construction done on-site the developer saved both time and money.
